When I left Italy, my home country, many years ago, I made a conscious effort to dedicated my working life to Hospitality, to constantly learn and improve,

I started waiting tables, gaining experiences, collecting service industry secrets and strategies by working hard in this sector, I was then able to realise one of my dream, by opening my first restaurant in London.

That gave me a great knowledge of the restaurant business and a complete prospective of the hospitality industry as a whole
